In America Corden is best known as host of “The Late Late Show” on CBS, airing after Stephen Colbert’s “The Late Show.” Since assuming that post in 2015 the multi-talented performer has found a viral sensation in his “Carpool Karaoke” segments, which feature beloved performers like Adele and Gwen Stefani belting out the words to popular songs while driving—just like the rest of us but with far superior pitch.
Corden’s accomplishments span television, theatre, film and comedy. The actor began his career in musicals and has himself appeared on Broadway. In 2012 he earned the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play for his leading role in “One Man, Two Guvnors.”
