Annual Radio Show | Via Mesa
On Wednesday, Dec. 12, Theatre Palisades Membership Entertainment and the Theatre Palisades Actors’ Troupe will present the fifth Christmas Annual Radio Show: “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens.
Holiday refreshments will be served in the lobby beginning at 7 p.m., with the show starting at 7:30 p.m. The family-friendly show is free for all ages, but donations are happily accepted. Theatre Palisades will also be accepting canned goods to be donated to the Westside Food Bank.

FNL Performs on Friday | El Medio Bluffs
“How FNL Ruined Christmas,” a play by Palisades Charter High School students, will open on Friday, Dec. 7. Two shows will be performed at 7 and 9 p.m. at Gilbert Hall.
Tickets are $15 for the general public and $5 to $10 for students.

Palisadians shopped at the Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club Holiday Boutique—which was postponed three weeks, due to poor air quality and uncertainty from the Woolsey fire. Those who attended Saturday’s shop had a chance to peruse various holiday-themed items as well as meet Santa.

Female Hiker Rescued | The Riviera
On Tuesday, Nov. 27, a 60-year-old female hiker who was injured in the 2200 block of Sullivan Fire Road in Pacific Palisades was hoisted and rescued in the afternoon. The woman was reported to be in fair condition, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Upcoming PCH Closures | Malibu
A week-long closure schedule began on Monday, Dec. 3, along Pacific Coast Highway as utility crews work to restore damage left behind by the Woolsey fire.
Closures are taking place between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the right lane and shoulder of the northbound for a 20-mile stretch that spans from Topanga Canyon Boulevard to Decker Canyon.
