CRIME REPORT

Robbery

Entrada Dr/Pacific Coast Hwy, November 27 at 8:42 p.m. The suspects (#1 male Hispanic, dark hair dark eyes, 5’10” 175 lb, 30 years; #2 male, NFD; #3 male, NFD) took victim’s property from his bicycle while victim was using a restroom. When the victim confronted the suspects, suspect #1 showed the victim a handgun. Fearing for his safety, the victim let the suspects take his property.

Burglary

17000 Sunset, November 25 at 3 p.m. The suspect (female white, brown hair brown eyes, 5’7” 170 lb, 40 years) entered victim’s apartment through an unlocked door and took a sweater, sunglasses and food.

1300 Bella Oceana Vista, between November 19 at 7 a.m. and November 25 at 11 p.m. The suspect smashed a glass door to enter victim’s home and took a safe, jewelry and money.

500 Spoleto Dr, between November 21 at 5:30 p.m. and November 24 at 11 p.m. The suspect used a rock to smash a window and enter victim’s property. It was unknown if property was taken at the time of the report.

1200 Corsica, December 3 between 12:30 and 7:34 p.m. The suspect smashed a window to enter victim’s home and took a safe, jewelry and money.

Stolen Vehicle

1300 Bella Oceana Vista, between November 19 at 7 a.m. and November 25 at 11 p.m. After burglarizing victim’s home, the suspect took victim’s vehicle.

Burglary/Theft from Vehicle

300 Entrada, November 24 between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m. The suspects (#1-2 male white, 25-30 years) entered victim’s vehicle and took sunglasses, a hat and a yoga mat.

14900 Pacific Coast Hwy, November 30 at 6:30 a.m. A 51-year-old male was arrested for burglary from vehicle after entering and ransacking victim’s vehicle.

Theft

400 Sycamore, between November 21 at 5 p.m. and November 26 at 8 a.m. The suspect took clothing from packages left on victim’s front porch.

300 Rockingham, November 7 at 6:11 p.m. The suspect took packages from victim’s front porch.

500 Bienveneda, November 20 at 2:30 p.m. The suspect (male, NFD) took an antique bench from victim’s front yard and fled in a gray Toyota Prius.

17300 Sunset, between August 10 at 8 a.m. and November 26 at 6 p.m. The suspect entered victim’s apartment during construction and took jewelry.
