For Palisadians looking for A Mother’s Day gift, the SPIRAL Foundation is holding a special sale on Saturday, May 11 and May 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 211 Vance St., off Chautauqua.
Through their foundation, Marichia and James Simcik promote indigenous handicrafts from Vietnam and Nepal, with proceeds going to support primary health care, medical and educational projects.
Gift items include handbags, bed covers, picture frames, scarves, tableware, decorative items and clothing for adults and children.
