Amber Valletta, a fashion model and actress, has listed her Alphabet Streets five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home for $5.9 million, Variety reported.
The single-family home was built in 2017 and features 4,200 square feet of living space in a 6,499-square-foot lot.
“Nestled in the coveted Alphabet Streets of the Pacific Palisades Village, this modern farmhouse within walking distance to the village is the perfect place to call home,” the listing boasts.
Described as a “shelter home” jewel, the house features “flawless designer finishes” by Ross Cassidy. With an open floor plan, the living room, dining room, butler pantry, expansive eat-in chef’s kitchen, eating area and family room all merge with tall ceilings and large open windows throughout.
On the first floor there is a powder room, mud room, and guest bedroom en suite or private office. Sliding walls of glass open to an outdoor area designed for entertaining, complete with a patio and built-in barbecue, with enough space available to add a pool.
The second floor of the home offers four en suite bedrooms, with a master bedroom with a private balcony, “enormous” walk-in closet and “luxurious” bath with soaking tub.
Other space in the second floor of the home allows for an office, gym or kids’ hang out, as well as a laundry room.
Features throughout the house include Control 4 technology, security surveillance and private gates.
“This is a perfect village home close to shopping, movie theater, park, beach and eateries in Palisades Village,” the listing concludes. “This celebrity-owned home is a breath of fresh air.”
According to public record, the home was last sold in March 2017 for $4.2 million.
The listing is held by Elisabeth Halsted of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Valletta began her career as a fashion model, reaching the status of supermodel in the 1990s. She worked as the face of Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada and more, as well as signing multi-million-dollar cosmetics contracts with Calvin Klein and Elizabeth Arden.
Beginning in the early 2000s, Valletta switched her focus to on-screen roles, including “What Lies Beneath,” “Hitch” and “The Spy Next Door.” Most recent roles include Lydia Davis on ABC’s drama television series “Revenge” and soap opera “Blood & Oil.”
