STOLEN VEHICLE
Pacific Coast Hwy/Temescal Canyon, August 22 at 2:27 a.m. A 22-year-old female was arrested for motor vehicle theft after officers recognized the vehicle from a radio call description.
Pacific Coast Hwy/Sunset, August 25 at 8:25 p.m. A 22-year-old and a 19-year-old male were arrested for driving a vehicle without owner’s consent after a vehicle check revealed the car being driven was listed as stolen.
BURGLARY
300 block of Sumac Ln, between August 23 at 3:30 p.m. and August 24 at 7 a.m. The suspect entered location under construction and took power tools.
BURGLARY/THEFT FROM VEHICLE
Temescal Canyon/Sunset, August 20 between 8 and 10 a.m. The suspect smashed a window to enter victim’s vehicle and took a purse, ID and credit cards.
17000 block of Palisades Cir, between July 24 at 7 p.m. and July 25 at 6 a.m. The suspect entered victim’s vehicle and took a wallet and sunglasses.
THEFT
900 block of Chattanooga Ave, August 21 at 1 p.m. The suspect (a Hispanic female, brown hair, 5’ 150 lb) took packages from victim’s porch and fled in a red, two-door vehicle.
500 block of Dryad Rd, between August 23 at 10 p.m. and August 24 at 8 a.m. The suspect entered victim’s open garage and took two bicycles, bicycle helmets and a bicycle tire pump.
VANDALISM
600 block of Amalfi, between August 22 at 3:30 p.m. and August 23 at 6:45 a.m. The suspect spray painted plywood and a door at a construction site.
SEXUAL BATTERY
15200 block of La Cruz, August 26 at 1:30 p.m. A 54-year-old male was arrested for sexual battery after grabbing victim’s genital area.
