Some 65 players from the Bocce Club League attended an awards party at Casa Nostra last week. Awards went to the winning team Debocerry and the runner-up White Dogs. Most Valuable Player honors went to Deboccery’s ace in the hole Jake McGregor.
Most Improved Player recognition went to Ellie Lederman and Ira “The Terrible” Meisler was pumped to capture the Happy Award. The most prestigious honor of the season, The Palisades Award, went to Bentleigh Borgeson.
