Married actors Ali Larter and Hayes MacArthur bought a $3.995 million home in Rustic Canyon earlier this year, according to Variety.
Larter, who starred in “Final Destination” and “Final Destination 2,” can also be seen in a recent episode of “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” which stars Palisadian Larry David, as a TV detective.
MacArthur, an actor and writer, is best known for “Angie Tribeca,” “She’s Out of My League” and “Super Troopers 2.”
The couple has been married since August 2009, and they have two children.
The home, which was built in 1922, has been described as a “fixer/development opportunity” with “endless opportunities.”
Situated on a half-acre lot, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home features a large, open living room, which looks out to a private backyard with steps leading up to a pool area.

Inside the home is a long wall with floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors, a spacious step down living room and an office/library that is divided by a freestanding fireplace.
One of the guest bedrooms is designed with a built-in desk space; the second guest bedroom features a skylight-topped raised ceiling. The master suite has an expansive dressing room, lined with built-in wardrobes.
The one-story, 3,516-square-foot, single-family home was represented by Santiago Arana and Jeff Kohl with The Agency.
