Palisadian Paige Adams-Geller to Open PAIGE on Sept. 22

Model-turned-business-owner Paige Adams-Geller told the Palisadian-Post that the decision to open a local iteration of denim/lifestyle store PAIGE in Caruso’s Palisades Village was easy.

“I have a great history with the Caruso family,” the Riviera resident explained. “Having a store at The Grove, that’s been such a great experience.”

She also shared that it helped that she can walk to Palisades Village, and that she plans on seeing movies, shopping and dining there frequently.

Having lived in the Palisades for six years, Adams-Geller’s ties to the community include Village School, which her children attended.

“The fact that I feel like I’m living out of the city and in the country is so appealing to me, yet right down the street I have this town,” Adams-Geller explained, sharing that she feels the Palisades has the best of everything: the ocean, the canyon, beautiful weather, and a warm and inviting community.

She also has had a chance to get to know what Palisadians might be interested in while shopping.

“I feel like the Palisadian man or woman is laid back, but still wants to look polished,” she described of the Palisadian taste in style. “They appreciate quality and fine things. You want to look like you made an effort but not look like you’re trying too hard.”

The PAIGE line includes items for both men and women, ranging from denim to sweaters/sweatshirts and joggers.

Adams-Geller has been selling PAIGE products in stores across the nation since she launched the brand in 2005. The Palisades store will be number 10, and she said the plan is to have 18 open by the end of 2018, including in Houston and Scottsdale, and a headquarters in London.

The store, which is slated to open on Saturday, Sept. 22, with a welcoming party from 5 to 7 p.m., will feature a denim concierge station—complete with a personal stylist to help Palisadians craft a look from head to toe.

During special events, PAIGE will offer opportunities to have items personalized, including embroidery on shirts, jeans and jackets, or adding fray and destructions.

“There will always be some kind of fun thing that the denim concierge brings to the table,” Adams-Geller explained.

There will also be a freshly painted mural that encourages shoppers to have an Instagrammable moment.

“I’m so excited to have something that’s in my own backyard,” Adams-Geller shared, “and I’m super proud to be a part of the Caruso family on the Westside.”
