Your 4/30 article about the PPRA lawsuit says “PPRA has been fighting against the development of an eldercare facility in the Highlands since 2018.” In fact, PPRA has been fighting against the City and Coastal Commission for not following their own statutes and guidelines, not against the project per se. Though I’m not a PPRA officer, I believe PPRA wants the proposed facility to conform to the zoning requirements and for the process to be open and conducted with integrity.

I hope everybody is finding positive and productive ways to keep busy at home, I understand these are difficult times but projects at home or with family can make the time pass and keep you distracted.
