881 Alma Real
If it’s not too late … I read that the huge Pali-Post blindingly bright white and blue lighted sign on the side of 881 Alma Real building was coming down temporarily for building maintenance. Can we please take this opportunity to maybe leave it down or at least turn down the brightness of this eyesore. I can see it from my house off Monument and it lights up the whole sky at times. A smaller tasteful sign would work just as well.
Red Cross
I just came back from giving blood in Santa Monica. Because the American Legion is still undergoing renovation, the Red Cross needs a venue in the Palisades. If you have a venue, please contact Nina Minton at nina.minton@redcrossblood.org.
‘Nochella’
Did anybody feel like the roads were a little emptier because so many Angelenos were in Indio this past weekend? It was kind of nice! Nochella for the win.
