Former Pali babysitter Tasha Geroulis has started a skyrocketing business: Wellingtons LA. You can order off of their menu on Goldbelly, Facebook or their own website, and starting in September, you will also be able to order from Williams Sonoma.
In April of 2020, during Covid, Tasha and her fiancé, Arya, started “Wellington Wednesdays” after watching Gordon Ramsay make his very own Beef Wellington. The couple made Wellingtons every Wednesday, and people would buy them online from across the country. (My aunt and uncle in South Carolina ordered Wellingtons for a party they hosted this summer.) Anyway, later that year they decided to expand “Wellington Wednesdays” to “Wellingtons LA,” an everyday online shop.
As the business grew they added more and more. Now they have, of course, the classic Beef Wellington, but they also have: The Breakfast Welly, the chicken pot pie for 2, the burger welly (A customer favorite!), the seasonal Thanksgiving Welly, and much more!
My personal favorite is the chicken pot pie. Now they have been granted permission to sell their Wellys at all the farmers markets around LA. Soon they will be joining the Pali farmers market with their new Welly Wagon, inspired by Tasha’s very good friend and Palisadian Cori Cross.
So, if you see the Welly Wagon on Sundays you now know you need to drop by and try their Wellys!
