
TYLER HEINEMAN
A catcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Tyler threw out runners trying to steal second base in back-to-back games against San Francisco, was hit by a pitch, stole a base and scored a run at Alanta and belted an RBI double versus the Cubs. The 31-year-old from the Via Bluffs was the Delphic League MVP at Windward School in 2009 and walked on at UCLA, becoming the Bruins’ starting catcher his junior year.
