
Tom Harlan Wallach, D.O., beloved husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully at home on May 13 after a courageous nine-year battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He was 54. ”Born October 20, 1950 in Queens, New York, Tom was a graduate of University of Louisville and Des Moines School of Osteopathy. He was a prominent psychiatrist in both Los Angeles and Charlotte, North Carolina. He had lived with his family in Pacific Palisades since 1996. ”A great lover of sports, Tom was also a musician, songwriter and lead singer of the group The Boston Tea Party. But above all, his No. 1 passion was his wife and children. ”Tom is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Deborah, and daughters Brittany, 13, and Jacqueline, 10, of Pacific Palisades; mother Maggie of Los Angeles; brother Michael of Brentwood; and his many loving family members and friends.
