Dear Mr. Caruso:
I am very excited to see what your amazing project will look like, but I do, and others probably share my opinion, miss the old stores that were there, like Baskin Robbins and some of the restaurants. Maybe during this construction period, I just miss the good old days and look forward to the time when we can make new memories.

But first, I must tell you that I see some pros and cons about your project. The pros that I see are that there will be a whole bunch of new clothing outlets, grocery stores, coffee houses and even a movie theater. Love all of that.
While the one con that I see is that the clothing and other stores, I hear, will all be very expensive. We all wonder how successful it will all be. It’s a popular topic at my school. Mostly we talk about how cool hanging out after school will be there. I personally believe the thing people will most come for is the movie theater.
To be honest, my friends and I, and probably the whole town, can’t wait to see the finished product. I’ll definitely visit there often and feel lucky to grow up in a small town and make some lifelong memories hanging out at something as cool as your project is.
So, from my friends and me, we’d like to say thank you, Mr. Caruso!
