From November through April, 17-year-old Palisadian Ross Aronson volunteers with Disabled Sports of Eastern Sierra, a non-profit organization that provides individuals with cognitive and/or physical disabilities both the personal assistance and equipment necessary to learn to ski. Aronson was featured in the Palisadian-Post on Sept. 25, 2104 after being awarded volunteer “Instructor of the Year” and is currently fundraising for the organization’s Spring Expo 2015. His goal is to raise $2,500 by April 4.
