QT Fitness Studio in the Highlands Plaza raised approximately $1,500 at its first Spin with Love fundraising event on Saturday, November 2, to benefit the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation. At the sold-out event, 20 “spinners” pedaled alongside Dr. Susan Love, who was new to the heart-pumping workout. “I was impressed with how well Dr. Love did for her first time on a spinning bike,” said QT Fitness co-owner Marc Robinson.
“It was an honor to host this event and help the Love Foundation,” said QT Fitness co-owner Danielle Robinson. “The event was fun, the energy was positive, and the cause is important. We enjoyed bringing the community together and spreading awareness about breast cancer.”
Susie Evens, a member of the Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club, said, “The Spin with Love event was amazing! There was so much positive energy in the room, and seeing people who were spinning for the first time for such a great cause was motivating. I am already looking forward to the 2nd annual Spin with Love event.”
