Our beloved son and brother, Steven Gregory Lowe, passed away on March 5 after battling chronic health issues for several years.
Steve was born on March 22, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, and resided in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the past 31 years. Steve attended Palisades High School in Pacific Palisades, California, and graduated from the Judson School in 1991. He attended Arizona State University where he graduated with a degree in finance. He took great pride in his career as an Advisor in Analytic services at CVS Caremark where he worked for 17 years. He was well-liked and respected by his co-workers who described him as their “go-to guy.”
Steve is survived by his parents, Howard and Jo Anne Lowe of Bellingham, Washington, his siblings Ted Lowe (Rebekah) of Austin, Texas, and Chrissy Dahms (Joel) of Seattle, Washington. He also leaves behind two nephews and two nieces in addition to several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his beloved cat, Puma.
Steve was an outdoor enthusiast who loved hiking and biking. He will be remembered for his reluctant smile, that silly smirk he got before he told a joke, his thoughtful gifts, and his many stories of his cat Puma. Steve was loyal to his family, particularly his grandmothers, Carolyn and Evelyn, and his Uncle Bart, for whom he had a real soft spot. Steve is greatly missed and will always be in our hearts.
There will be no funeral due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The family will have a Celebration of Life when it is safe to do so.
