So do a number of Palisadians who are doing major household renovations. And of course, there are many people who would simply prefer to rent than buy. So what do apartments rent for in the Palisades? The Post contacted four apartment complexes to find out the going rate for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and the amenities that come with it. Some apartment jewels offer panoramic ocean views, onsite gyms and coveted parking spaces. Others, not so much.
