The 2nd Annual Banc of California Turkey Trot, Pacific Palisades 2014 will take place Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, Nov. 27. The Palisadian-Post is proud to be the media sponsor for this year’s race. The family-friendly 5K race will kick off at 8 a.m. at Palisades High School. Some streets in the El Medio Bluffs neighborhood will be closed from 6:30 a.m.-10 a.m. Race organizers said they are doing everything possible to minimize any inconvenience due to street closures. Pre-race registration is $35 for adults and $25 for kids, then increases to $40 for adults the day of the rice. Awards and prizes will be given.
