Through six games the 6-foot-4, 225-pound senior quarterback has completed 105 of 175 passes for 1,050 yards and four touchdowns in leading the Tigers to a 4-2 record. They are 2-1 in the Ivy League and travel to Ithaca, New York to play Cornell on Saturday.
Last fall, Kanoff became the first Princeton quarterback since Chad Roghair in 1991 to win his first four collegiate starts and finished with 2,295 yards (sixth most in school history) with eight TDs. He missed the entire 2014 season due to injury after earning the Dinald B. Laurie Award as the team’s top offensive freshman in 2013.
Kanoff was named to the AllCIF first team and shared Mission League MVP honors his senior year at Harvard-Westlake High in Studio City, throwing for 3,400 and 38 touchdowns. He finished his prep career with 85 touchdowns (passing and rushing).
