Michelle Pfeiffer and David E. Kelley quietly listed a $8.35 million residence in a sought-after Palisades neighborhood, according to Variety.
Marketed for its land value, the property offers superb views of Santa Monica Canyon and the Pacific Ocean.
The celebrity power couple purchased the property for $7.7 million less than a year and a half ago in an off-market deal. The 2,870-square-foot potential teardown rests on a one-third-acre parcel with 125 feet of street frontage.
Built around 1950, the fixer-upper, ranch-style house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms—along with a lawn and an empty swimming pool.
Pfeiffer and Kelley own multiple properties, and are no stranger to buying and selling real estate in Pacific Palisades. The couple also own another cross-canyon ocean view property they purchased a little more than three years ago for close to $8.2 million.
Pfeiffer is a three-time Academy Award nominee, and Kelley is an 11-time Emmy-winning TV writer.
