Palisadians Nicole Gould and Jennifer Mackinnon Krems, led the Amherst College women’s volleyball team to a sweep of Johnson & Wales University in last week’s NCAA Division III regional first-round match at MIT.
Gould posted a team-best 11 kills and was eighth in kills in the NESCAC, posting 273 during the regular season. She played varsity volleyball at Harvard Westlake High while Mackinnon Krems was an All-City middle blocker and Western League Co-MVP as a senior at Palisades High in 2013.
