Palisadian songwriter and composer Stephan Moccio has sold his contemporary style home for $8.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The multi-level, floor-to-ceiling windowed home spans over 5,000 square feet with floors made from reclaimed barn-wood. Marble walls and steel fixtures frame a fire place along with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a balcony in the master suite.
Sitting on 1.05 acres, the home looks straight out of a dream home catalog, surrounded with trees for privacy and a wooden outdoor deck.
Moccio is known for co-writing and producing music for films like “Fifty Shades of Grey” and for working with artists like Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban and John Legend.
The property was previously bought in 2014 for $3.5 million, according to the Times.
Barbara Boyle of Sotheby’s International Realty and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland were the listing agents, as Sandro Dazzan of the Agency and Irene Dazzan-Palmer of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
