According to LADOT Traffic Officer Silvia Quevedo, the most parking violations in the Palisades occur in the following areas:
Haverford Ave.: Residents routinely file complaints of Palisades High School students using up curb space on the street, which is preferential parking.
Fiske St.: Residents file parking violation complaints on a regular basis.
Via de las Olas: “No parking” violations.
1400 block of Charmel Ln.: Construction workers chronically park 18 inches or greater away from the curb.
17000 block of Castellammare Dr.: Vehicles blocking driveways.
600 block of Palisades Dr.: “No striping” violations.
McKendree Ave.: “No parking” violations.
Las Casas Pl.: Vehicles parked greater than 72 hours.
Antioch St.: A high number of violators, usually people stopping to grab a coffee.
Sunset Blvd. at Chase Bank: A high number of violators.
