Rihanna has listed her Rivas Canyon home for sale. The approximately 11,000-square-foot, 7-bedroom, 9-bath estate is touted as a “triumph to modern architecture.” The songstress is asking $15 million for the home, but is also offering it for lease at $70,000 per month. This is not the first time Rihanna has shopped the property, which was listed and then withdrawn from the MLS in 2013.

The gated, 11,000+ square-foot country English residence in the Huntington that Larry David and his ex-wife Laurie David once called home has been sold for $12 million. First listed in March of 2013 at $15 million, the 7-bedroom, 10-bath home on more than an acre finally sold one year later. Larry David hasn’t lived in the house for years but continues to live in the Palisades in a home in the Riviera.
