Incoming Palisades High students interested in playing boys or girls tennis must print out and return the Tennis Questionnaire and Student-Parent Agreement Form on the school website.
Forms can be downloaded from “Athletics” in the “Shortcuts” box on the home page, then click on “Girls Tennis” or “Boys Tennis.” Students should print out both sides of the Summer Tryout – Results Sheets.
Completed forms (hard copies are on one page back-to-back) must be mailed to head coach Bud Kling at 15777 Bowdoin St., Pacific Palisades, CA, 90272; or emailed to Coach Kling at pali10s@aol.com, by July 15 to start the tryout process.
Returning players should have received their forms at the end of the spring semester. On the first day of school August 16, students should turn in their Summer Results Sheet and USTA Results Printout to Coach Kling’s mailbox in the main office before first period (by 7:45 a.m.)
Please be sure all the necessary information is clearly listed and that it is properly filled out. All minimum requirements must be fulfilled. Once the student’s Summer Results Sheet has been certified, he or she will be considered for the team.
The offseason/summer program is designed to maintain and/or improve a prospective team member’s skills. It is flexible, meaning that players, within certain guidelines, can work out their own schedules.
