Pali High Boys Water Polo Moves Closer to Western League Crown

The first two games of Western League play offered Palisades High’s boys water polo team little cause for concern as the Dolphins outscored the opposition 30-5.

After routing host LACES 16-2 last Wednesday, the Dolphins hosted Venice at Maggie Gilbert Aquatic Center on Monday and scored 10 goals in the first half en route to a 14-3 victory.

Marc Pryor scored four goals, Matt Garcia and Zeke Ramirez each added two, six players scored one, Dmitry Gorozhankin had six saves and Stuart Brien added two.

Palisades travels to Mira Costa in Manhattan Beach this weekend for the South Bay Invitational.
