The Interscholastic Beach Volleyball League girls season is in full swing and after three weeks of competition Palisades High sits atop the Ocean Division.
The Dolphins’ varsity team improved to 5-1 overall and 4-0 in league with 3-0 victories over Culver City and Van Nuys last Saturday at Will Rogers State Beach.
Against the Centaurs, Emily Pappas and Sarah Hurst teamed to win 2-1, Sadie Gray and Lucky Drageset partnered for a 2-0 win and Milena Gorum paired with Whitney Neumann to win 2-0.

Against the Wolves, the duos of Gray-Drageset, Pappas-Hurst and Gorum-Neumann all swept. Gorum and Neumann also won an exhibition match against Alemany 2-0.
Palisades’ junior varsity split its matches, losing 2-0 to Mira Costa and edging Thousand Oaks 2-1.
In the win against the Lancers, Cienna Lagana teamed with Jaden Ferguson to prevail 2-1, Gorum and Neumann won 2-0 and Siena Severino and Haley Holbrow lost 2-0.
