In the midst of the National League Championship Series, St. Matthew’s Parish School hosted a Dodgers Spirit Day. “Students showed their spirit by wearing Dodgers gear or dressing in blue and white,” according to a representative from the school. “We also fired up the grill and served hot dogs.”
Just a few days remain to visit the Palisades-Malibu YMCA Pumpkin Patch at Simon Meadow to purchase a pumpkin and check out the 2021 Winding Way display. The patch is slated to close October 30—or when pumpkins are sold out.
The Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club hosted a free flu shot clinic on Saturday, October 16. Those who attended were able to walk up or drive through to receive their shot. More than 140 flu shots were given.
