
O’Brien Is All-State Honorable Mention


After a stellar senior season for the Harvard-Westlake High girls varsity soccer team, Courtney O’Brien earned All-State honorable mention honors by Cal-Hi Sports.

O’Brien, who lives by the Getta Villa, made the All-CIF Southern Section Division I first team after being named the Mission League’s offensive MVP. She led the Wolverines in scoring with 16 goals and 18 assists, finishing her career with 63 goals and 31 assists and helping Harvard-Westlake capture four consecutive league titles. She scored three goals in a 6-1 season-opening victory over El Camino Real.
O’Brien has signed to play at Princeton and has made the Palisadian-Post’s Athletes of the Year list four times.
