Performances of E.P. Dowdall’s “Parfumerie” kicked off on Friday, Nov. 2, at Theatre Palisades’ Pierson Playhouse.
“[In] the warm and gentle Christmas love story that inspired ‘The Shop Around the Corner,’ ‘She Loves Me’ and ‘You’ve got Mail,’ feuding employees George Horvath and Amalia Balash have each fallen in love with their secret pen pal,” a press release states. “What will happen on Christmas Eve when they discover their true lover’s identity?”
“Parfumerie” is directed by Brandon Ferruccio, and produced by Sherman Wayne and Martha Hunter.
The cast features Mitch Feinstein, Kiara Feliciano, Tyler Gaylord, Manfred Hofer, Nancy Hullihan, Kevin Kempis, Kristian Kordula, Hana Pak, Judy Rosenfeld, Mariel Suarez and Brittany Turner.
