Starting with Alaskan king crab, the meal will either feature a soup or gnocchi as a second act. This will be followed by a roasted carrot salad, lobster salad, or foie gras. Act four offers a selection of Cornish game hen, surf and turf, or three-cheese tortellini. The final act is dessert: a chocolate tart, orange tres leches or sparkling sorbetto.
