ATAM Celebrates Seven Years | The Village
On Tuesday, July 2, ATAM—the Academy of Technology, Music and Art—celebrated its seventh anniversary in Pacific Palisades.
“From all of us at ATAM, we are so proud to have served our community and surrounding cities for these past years and excited to celebrate 107 more,” the team wrote in a post on Instagram.

Culinary Kids Academy in The Park | Palisades Village
Starting July 22, Palisades Village will host an eight-workshop class with Culinary Kids Academy. Each session, which take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, features a “complex cooking lesson that integrates math, science, history, hygiene and nutritional information.”
The course, designed for kids ages 5 to 12, meets from 4 to 5 p.m. and costs $230, plus a $45 materials fee.

Femelle Anniversary | Santa Monica Canyon
Contemporary women’s clothing store Femelle will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a party on July 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The theme of the party is shop, sip and snack, and Rosalie Jade Jewelry will be there to mix and match to assemble pieces of jewelry. Attendees will also have a chance to win gift cards, valued up to $200. Femelle is located at 1627 Montana Ave. in Santa Monica.

Summer Fun at Getty Villa | Castellammare
The Getty Villa in Castellammare offers a series of free family-focused activities from July through September, including Making Mosaics Brick by Brick.
“Ancient Roman artists worked together to create incredible mosaic floors from pieces of marble and glass,” a representative from the Villa explained ahead of the series. “Discover this enduring art form at Making Mosaics Brick by Brick using the familiar material of colorful bricks. Build alongside brick artist Andy Bauch to recreate mosaics inspired by the Getty Villa’s collection.”
