Desserts and one complimentary mimosa, peach Bellini or glass of Champagne are also included, along with juices, coffee or tea. Sandwiches include a house-smoked salmon with grilled onion, avocado and rouille ($14) and a roasted lamb with Swiss cheese, tomato and horseradish sauce ($14).

Lunch will feature entr’e selections such as strawberry crepes, Cantonese-style seafood fried rice, Dungeness crab carbonara and line-caught Chinook salmon. At dinnertime, in addition to these selections, there will be wild halibut, grilled Sonoma all-natural lamb chops and local white bass Wellington. Both the four-course prix fixe lunch and dinner menus are priced at $110 per adult, $50 children 10 and under (tax and gratuity not included).

Entrees feature house-special eggs Benedict, cold-poached Atlantic salmon, a petit filet mignon and a pan-roasted breast of chicken. The assortment of desserts includes the Bistro’s famous chocolate souffl’. All for $52 per person; $30 for children under 12. Dinner from 6 to 10 p.m. will feature entrees of baked Chilean sea bass, Maple Leaf Farm duckling, osso bucco gremolata and grilled filet mignon’plus a variety of desserts and coffee or tea. The cost is $62 per adult; $30 for the children’s option. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.

The menu features several enticing selections, including pancake with figs and walnuts topped with whipped cream and maple syrup and poached eggs with marinated salmon, citrus, ricotta, avocado and scallions on toasted olive bread. Lemon sole en papillote (wrapped in parchment) with zucchini, eggplant, fennel, tomato is another. A chocolate pot de cr’me is the dessert. The three-course menu is $40 per person, excluding tax and tip. An ‘ la carte menu is also available.

Brunch will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner service, from 5 to 9 p.m., offers a four-course prix fixe dinner with choices including lobster lasagna, Pacific salmon, maple-peppered, bacon-braised chicken breast and a variety of sweets for $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Main course selections will be smoked salmon Benedict, lobster-shrimp ravioli, grilled tempeh (soybean cake) and curry lentils. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For diners aged 12 and under, a three-course kids’ menu will be available for $12.50.

Lago, now enjoying its 20-year anniversary, invites diners to enjoy multi-course prix fixe options (three courses for $45 per person; four courses for $59 per person, not including tax or gratuity) inspired by Executive Chef Walter Cestron mother’s home-cooked cuisine. On Mother’s Day itself, there will also be ‘ la carte items priced from $10 to $29. A special menu for the week will include roast beef and mortadella roulade; salame meatball lasagna with pork-beef ragu; grilled langoustine, whitefish and tiger shrimp; and a duck trio of confit leg, truffle honey-glazed breast and housemade duck-apple sausage. That menu will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on May 8 and from 4 to 10 p.m. on May 7 and May 9-13.
