Local Coldwell Banker realtor and longtime Palisadian Michael Edlen has been named the number-one Palisades real estate agent for any company in 2013.
Coldwell Banker and other organizations recently released their agent rankings for 2013. Edlen, who has been in the industry for nearly 30 years, ranked sixth among Coldwell Banker realtors in all of Southern California.
Among the 41,000 sales associates at Coldwell Banker’s parent company, NRT, Edlen placed within the top 3 percent, earning him a spot in the top 1,000.
According to The Wall Street Journal and Real Estate Trends, Inc., Edlen ranked number 123 out of the top 1,000 agents nationwide.
The accolades for Edlen don’t stop there. Los Angeles Magazine recognized him as a “5-Star Home Professional,” which was awarded to less than 2 percent of agents in Los Angeles.
