Duke University freshman Kerry Keefe was named to the 2022 All-ACC women’s volleyball team and the 27th Blue Devil in history to make the All-Freshman squad.
A lifelong Palisadian, Keefe was a mulit-sport star at Corpus Christi School and as a senior in 2021 led Marymount High to an undefeated season and No. 1 national ranking. She emerged as one of Duke’s top offensive threats and transitioned into a starting role on the right side.
She tallied 160 kills to rank fourth on the team with a .288 hitting percentage. She had 42 blocks and 44 digs, getting 21 kills Oct. 16 against Clemson. She had seven blocks in her first start versus Boston College and notched double-digit kills in five of her last six matches.
