
The Annenberg Space for Photography’s IRIS Nights lecture series continues Thursdays through the fall from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Annenberg’s Skylight Studios, 2000 Avenue of the Stars, in Century City.
On August 1, Robert Erdmann will be the special guest. Erdmann worked as an assistant to Helmut Newton, and as a stylist, before establishing himself as a photographer in 1984. Erdmann’s work has appeared in top international fashion magazines including Vogue, W, Elle and Marie Claire. His celebrity subjects include Ann Hathaway, Angelina Jolie, Mila Kunis and Gwen Stefani.
The Iris Nights lecture series, is a public program offered by online reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. The series brings to life the most current exhibit with presentations by exhibit featured photographers and other notable experts and guest artists, and takes place at the Annenberg Space for Photography Skylight Studios, located directly across the park from the Photography Space.
