The Palisades Golden Strikers, a local AYSO 10U Boys All-Star team, kicked its way to first place at the Huntington Beach Bash Soccer Tournament last weekend.
Coached by Taylor Talt and Jenny Morrow, the squad scored 16 goals in four games and edged Alhambra 1-0 in the championship match on a first quarter goal by Ben Ahdoot.
Joining Ben Ahdoot on the pitch were Josh Ahdoot, Tate Dore, Dylan Morrow, Cabe Talt, Leo Yarosh, Merritt Levin, Wesley Hom, Conor Reyna and Yonah Finkelthal.
