On Valentine’s Day, Keyes Real Estate celebrated the grand opening of its Pacific Palisades office.
They welcomed members of the community to the newly renovated space, located at 15113 W Sunset Boulevard, with champagne toasts, custom cookies and tacos catered by Gracias Señor.
“This has been a dream of mine for years, and we are thrilled to have made this dream a reality and officially have a brick and mortar right in the heart of the Palisades,” Managing Broker Brad Keyes said.
Founded in 2009, the family owned and operated business also has an eastside office located in Eagle Rock.
“We also trademarked the phrase Pasadena to the Palisades™ last year,” Keyes continued, “so opening this office is really a testament to our commitment to working throughout the entire city with offices that now truly bookend the city of LA.”
With over 712 transactions under their belts, the close-knit team shared that they pride themselves on being real estate advisors first and foremost, dedicated to helping their clients achieve their real estate goals. In his 14-plus years of experience as both a broker and a real estate attorney, Keyes has developed a unique and comprehensive approach to diligence.
