The Palisades High football team embarks on its final road trip of the regular season Friday when it travels to Hamilton for an afternoon matchup that could decide the Western League champion.
The Yankees are the only team in the league without a loss and return home with momentum after blanking host Westchester 40-0.
After opening the season with three straight losses, Hamilton has won five straight outscoring the opposition 163-13 while posting four shutouts.
Palisades beat Hamilton 14-0 in its league finale last season, but Coach Tim Hyde knows every year is different.
“They’re very fast,” he said.
The JV game is Thursday at 3 p.m. and the varsity game is Friday at 3 p.m. at Hamilton High.
