Every year, the Honorary Mayor of Pacific Palisades gets to ride in the Fourth of July parade. This year, Mayor Jake Steinfeld will be out of town on the big day, and he’s decided to offer you and your family a once-in-a-lifetime chance to take his place in the parade, which is put on by PAPA.

Mayor Jake is holding a raffle contest to select one lucky Palisadian family to have the ride of their life. Tickets are $20 each and 100 percent of the proceeds from the contest will be donated to three charities started by Palisadians: griefHaven (griefhaven.org), Green Vets Los Angeles (greenvetsla.com) and A Call Away (acallaway.com). Additional donations will also be accepted to help fund the parade.
Mayor Jake kicked off the fundraising by donating $1,000 to the cause. To enter to win, purchase raffle tickets ($20 each) exclusively at the Palisadian-Post, 881 Alma Real Dr. #213 or at the Post booth at the Palisades Farmer’s Market on Sundays. Enter as many times as you like.
