The first meeting of the Pacific Palisades Community Council in 2018 will be held at Palisades Branch Library in The Village at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11. The agenda is expected to deal with cannabis sales in the Palisades and a report from the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils, which represents 13 councils and planning issues on the Westside, by PPCC Vice-Chairman George Wolfberg.
