Palisades High junior Evan Clark has led the Santa Monica Rugby Club’s U18 team all season and he did so again last Saturday in a 29-5 victory over the Back Bay Sharks that moved the Dolphins into this weekend’s Southern California Youth Rugby championship game against the San Diego Mustangs at Long Beach State.
After Conor Lydon forced his way over the Back Bay line for a five-pointer at the five-minute mark, Clark assisted on Nate Peterson’s try.
