A free informational workshop, “Frankly Speaking about the Cost of Care,” will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 12 with the Cancer Support Community at the Benjamin Center, 1990 S. Bundy Dr.
Anya Prince, staff attorney with Disability Rights Legal Center’s Cancer Legal Resource Center (CLRC), will discuss how to improve the lives of those with cancer and their caregivers. There will be practical advice about how to navigate the numerous and complex challenges of managing the cost of cancer care.
A light lunch and free booklet is included, but those who would like to attend must RSVP to (310) 314-2555. Parking is validated.
