CAM Services (est. 1987), a property maintenance and tenant improvement company headquartered in Culver City (with branches in Oxnard, Orange, San Diego, Fontana and Fresno), has created a special division for improving and/or remodeling homes in the Pacific Palisades area.
CAM works with realtors and owners to clean up, fix up, or remodel their homes, inside or outside, to enhance their appeal to the home-buying market. As the residential marketplace continues to recover and when inventories grow, home sales will become more and more competitive.
Anticipating a crowded marketplace on the Westside, CAM’s new division offers specialized home improvement services, including room additions; interior and exterior painting; demolition and hauling; concrete, electrical, and plumbing. The company also performs landscape and irrigation installs and upgrades.
