Students at Calvary Christian School—dressed as elephants, zebras, hyenas and lions—took to the stage on the afternoon of Thursday, March 17 for the school production of “The Lion King Jr.” The spectacular production included fabulous costumes, makeup and of course, acting.
“I felt so happy to be performing again! I absolutely love to perform in anything, and I am so sad that The Lion King is over!” said fourth-grader Téa Koudsi, who played the role of Sarabi in the show. “I wasn’t nervous at all, except for maybe the very beginning of the first show. Other than that, I was super excited, and I had an amazing time!”
