On your mark, get set, trot! The fifth annual Pacific Palisades Turkey Trot will be held on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23, starting and finishing at Palisades Charter High School’s Stadium by the Sea.

Kicking off at 8 a.m. sharp, Palisadians of all ages are invited to participate in this year’s family fun 5K/10K hosted by Palisades Funding.

Returning for another year of traditional trotting is 11-year-old Braun Levi of Corpus Christi School, who told the Palisadian-Post that he enjoys the race route’s “nice view of the ocean” and seeing his neighborhood friends cheer him on.

Registered participants can pick up their race day packets at Palisades Funding, 15304 Sunset Blvd., Suite 201, on Nov. 20-22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To sign up for the race and for more information, visit paliturkeytrot.com.
