What an exciting way to end to the season!

In the autumn championship game “High Rollers” hit the jackpot against “Friends & Neighbors” despite crazy-great performances by F&N’s Trudy and hubby Mehdi Razavi and Bob Fowlks. Vito Altieri dialed in all his relatives from Italy for inspiration and Gretchen Arnold was the “Player of the Day” with insane clutch moves.
In the “play-in” match earlier that afternoon, “Friends and Neighbors” outlasted “The Vinos” in a three-game thriller. Cindy Kirven of “The Vinos” was like a ‘special reserve bottle of wine’ with her tasty touch and bocce smarts.
“Friends & Neighbors” captain Cindy Seiler was out of control, dazzling fans with incredible shotmaking. Evelyn Fowlks stepped up with snappy play.
On to the semifinals where, in another three-game classic, “Friends & Neighbors” took down “The Mob” in spite of Roy Vego’s spot-on bullets. Fazzy Noori and Lili Moghbel crushed it for “Friends & Neighbors” with their fine dishes.

“High Rollers” had a better hand against the favored “Bocce Aces,” with John Arnold delivering a match-winning roll that sent the enthusiastic crowd into hysteria.
PALISADES LEAGUE

The playoffs got underway in the Thursday night league as “ BB Legends” whooped “Rolling Stones,” despite George Junger and Mark Walrep’s stunning performances.
“Chai Rollers” squeezed past “Pali Dad Bods” in a thriller. Miriam Braveman was “Player of the Night,” with Ellie Lederman awing the crowd with her sweet touch.
Sue Temple and David Molloy stepped up against “Mission Imbocceball” and “Ball Busters” lived up to their name as Laure Weber closing out “The Big LeBocce” dreams.
“Pompeii” socked summer champ “Team DeBoccery” with Bentleigh Borgeson’s beautiful touch and Sebastion Varlotta’s game-deciding clutch popper.
