Bertrand ‘Bert’ F. Mulligan was born June 16, 1925 in Staten Island, New York. In 1934 he moved to Floral Park, Long Island, then journeyed to Camp Upton, Long Island; Fort Benning, Georgia; Brookhaven, Georgia; and the Bronx. Bert then moved back to Coral Gables, Florida, and on to Washington, D.C., Ronceverte, West Virginia; Johnstown, Pennsylvania; Oyster Bay, Long Island; and New York City. From there he moved to California, living in Los Angeles, Bel-Air, Brentwood and Santa Monica (and working for 10 years for Lelah Pierson Real Estate in Pacific Palisades). In 1990 he moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona, and on October 19, 2012, he made his last journey, leaving behind his treasure, Carol Mulligan.’
